Retailer Ultimate Electronics recently retained Harte-Hanks Inc. to handle database marketing and analytical services for its 32-store retail chain in nine western states.
Ultimate Electronics is working with Harte-Hanks to implement a new customer prospecting strategy, which is intended to increase customer retention and market share.
“We these capacities in place, we can identify valuable customer segments and acquire new customers,” said in a statement David Smith, senior vice president of marketing at Ultimate Electronics.
