U.S. Firms Bolster Marketing Technology Overseas

U.S. marketing technology firms are expanding overseas in developing markets like China and Brazil.

Kennesaw, GA-based eOn Communications Corp. has announced that its eOn China subsidiary has completed the Chinese government registration process to conduct business in China.

Eon China will provide teleservices technology for a Chinese insurance and emergency roadside services firm CheMeng International Corp., China Motion, a Chinese teleservices agency and for a call center operated by Aviva-Cofco Insurance Co.

Teletech Holdings Inc., Englewood, CO, said it has signed an agreement to consolidate customer service and fulfillment programs for a Brazilian packaged goods company. It will also build and manage a customer database.
