Zuckert and Musachio took the helm last week from Schwear, who resigned from TracyLocke to pursue an entrepreneurial venture in music. He had been with the agency for nearly seven years.
Zuckert has been with TracyLocke for three years; Musachio, for a year and a half. They report to CEO Ed Winter, who is based in TracyLocke’s Dallas headquarters.
“They have proven to be a great team and are ideally suited to take the agency to the next level. Together, their strategies and creative have resulted in significant revenue growth and the acquisition of new clients including AOL, Hershey, In-Bev and Kimberly Clark,” Winter said in a statement. Schwear, who built the Wilton office from a start-up with five staffers to a full-service shop of nearly 300, “is an entrepreneur at heart and is moving to a new venture that he can help build,” Winter said.
