Three men have pled guilty in an Arizona court for their participation in a massive nationwide magazine subscription fraud scheme.
The scheme involved the submission of fraudulent mail pieces to obtain mailing lists and the theft of hundred of thousands of names from a major magazine subscription-fulfillment firm, according to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, which investigated the case, and court documents.
