NIKE: has signed a multi-year agreement with Bank of America to become the official footwear and apparel sponsor of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon starting with the Oct. 12 race this year. As the sponsor for five years, Nike will provide the official merchandise for race participants, personnel and pacers and will run a 17-week marathon-training program in Chicago in June. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
