Petals Inc. will publish a new catalog in January. The Tarrytown, NY-based marketer had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May, and Chapter 7 liquidation in November. It was acquired by Southridge Capital Management LLC, a private investment firm earlier this month.
The new catalog will offer a variety of botanical products. Specific details regarding the new catalog were not available at deadline.
