Solid Cactus Inc. has entered the market to offer inbound teleservices for small and medium-size firms seeking to bolster e-commerce sales with a new outsourced customer service department.
The Wilkes-Barre, PA-based firm will offer inbound order taking, package tracking, e-mail response and other customer service functions.
Cactus will provide teleservices for a variety of clients offering such products as children’s furniture
