Cyndi Lee has joined Mount Arlington, NJ, DM risk-management firm The Credit Index as vice president of sales. She previously was with Greenwich, CT-based Direct Media for 14 years, most recently as team leader of international list management.

The Vermont Country Store will re-launch its e-commerce site next year, and hopes for 10% of its overall sales to come from the Web by 2002, said president Bob Allen. Another goal will be to expand the audience for the catalog, whose average customer is a woman in her early to mid-60s.

Harte-Hanks Inc., San Antonio, has formed an alliance with eGain Communications Corp. to use its technology as part of a suite of inbound e-mail routing and response management services.

Experian, Orange, CA, has launched Prime Performance Modeling, a system that integrates data from one of its customer databases. Its Exploratory Data Analysis process allows marketers to identify top attributes of their database for lookalike prospecting.
