Harte-Hanks Inc., San Antonio, has acquired UK-based Hi-Tech Marketing Limited, a pan-European provider of response-management services to the technology, telecommunications and financial services industries. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Mark Carmody and Matt Cooper have been named as co-presidents of The Territory Ahead. They replace Bruce Willard, the company’s founder, who retired from the business in April. The catalog is owned by Cornerstone brands Inc., Boston.
