Sonar Network, a division of New York-based DoubleClick Inc., has formed an alliance with Nexchange Corp. Under the agreement, Sonar’s Commerce Vertical — an ad-serving product — will be launched on Nexchange’s network of Web sites. Nexchange is in Atlanta.
