Online bookseller Barnes & Noble.com Inc., will expand its B&N Radio operations to 140 radio stations from the 17 it had when it began Webcasting in February. B&N Radio, available only on the Internet, is organized into 18 music formats, including rock, jazz and classical. It also will feature live author chats and five-minute audio samples from more than 400 recorded books.
