Advanstar, Inc., a business-to-business information company, has named Joseph Loggia as president and chief operating officer. Loggia joined New York-based Advanstar in 1998 when Advanstar acquired Magic International.
General Mills and Catalina Marketing have signed a multi-year agreement to develop in- customer promotions, both instore and online. The partnership starts this month.
The Spiegel Group has named Robert H. Sorensen as vice president-general counsel and corporate secretary. Previously, Sorensen worked for Midas, Inc., serving as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
