Shop at Home Inc., Nashville, TN, has named George Ditomassi and Frank Woods as co-chief executives.
Ditomassi, who formerly served as CEO of the Milton Bradley Company, was also named president and chief operating officer. Woods had been with the company since 1993, previously serving as a director of the board.
The new management replaces a group of four directors, including Ditomassi and Woods, who together have operated as office of the chairman for the past five months, the company said in a statement.
Shop At Home is a 15-year-old nationally televised home shopping service and Internet retailer.
