The Scotts Co. blooms in Wal-Mart stores in 12 markets this spring with The Scotts Garden Party, a April 12-May 18 tour that brings stores a day-long outdoor event with kids’ activities, demos by garden experts, music, free food, and displays of lawn and garden products. The event kicks off with a seed-planting activity for kids in all 2,800 Wal-Mart stores. Marysville, OH-based Scotts ran a similar tour, the Miracle-Gro Garden Expo, last year.
