Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., will allow its customers to trade most Nasdaq and select listed stocks during separate after hours trading sessions by the end of this month. Sessions will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
Orders will be placed either on Schwab’s Web site, www.schwab.com, or by its toll-free number and asking for an after hours trader. Commissions will be based on Schwab’s standard fee and commission schedule.
