RespondTV has acquired AccelerateTV. The merged company will offer enhanced broadcast and TV portals, including shopping and information services. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives RespondTV with standards-based applications and services that both integrate with the company’s infrastructure and run across all standards-based interactive television platforms, from Microsoft TV to AOL-TV.
