Quebecor World Inc. is selling a 29.9% interest in its European operations to RSDB Group for 240 million Euros ($341 million).
The new entity will be called Roto Smeets Quebecor.
Completion of the merger is conditional on the approval of the shareholders of RSDB and the European Commission.
The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
