Grocer Publix today launches a new bi-lingual format, opening its first Publix Sabor store with bi-lingual staff and signage.
The Kissimmee, FL store carries Hispanic and Caribbean goods and has expanded deli and produce departments to carry ethnic specialties. An in-store café will serve cafe con leche, warm pastries and pressed sandwiches.
The store also offers money transfers, bill payment services for utilities and calling cards specific to countries around the world. A second store is planned for Hialeah, FL.
