Publishers Clearing House Acquires Blingo Search Firm
Publishers Clearing House has acquired Blingo Inc. to expand in the Internet search engine marketing business. Terms for this all cash deal were not disclosed.
“Blingo’s search and win service is a perfect fit for our existing online customer and an opportunity to introduce PCH to a new audience,” said Andrew Goldberg, president and CEO of PCH in a statement.
Blingo randomly awards prizes to build brand loyalty and generate repeat online traffic from individuals who use its Web site to search for information. It will continue to operate from its Mill Valley, CA location.
