Prospectiv Direct Inc., the newly formed parent company of online marketing firm Eversave, has opened its doors in Woburn, MA.
The company hopes to be the umbrella to a network of private-label partner sites and other business units. It will continue to deliver geographically targeted e-mail promotions, under the Eversave brand.
