Precision Response Corp., a provider of outsourced telemarketing services, has named John G. Hall chairman/CEO, effective Jan. 8. He replaces Thomas L. Cardella who is resigning after 17 years in the teleservices industry.
Cardella joined the Fort Lauderdale, FL company in November of 2000 when the Iowa-based Company that he founded, Access Direct, was acquired by PRC. In Jan. 2003, Cardella became chairman/CEO of the PRC family of companies.
Hall joined PRC in July 2003 as executive vice president/CFO. Previously, he was president/CEO of Gerald Stevens Inc.
