Planet Payment, a payment and data processor, has acquired the assets of online processing firm IPay for more than $1 million.
The sale was approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
The IPay technology is used by merchants to facilitate the
acceptance of credit and debit cards as payment for goods and services, principally sold over the Internet or through other direct marketing channels.
