Roughly two years after obtaining a 57% interest, Pitney Bowes Inc. has acquired the remaining 43% ownership interest in MailCode Inc.
MailCode founder Christopher Baker will continue to lead the company, a provider of mail processing services.
Stamford, CT-based Pitney Bowes, a $4.4 billion provider of mail and messaging services, was already the exclusive sales channel for MailCode.
