Mary Kay Phelps, the senior director of direct response fundraising for the American Red Cross, has left the organization. Her last official day will be Sept. 21.
A replacement for Phelps has not been named, said Joni Doleman, Phelp’s former assistant.
In a recorded message left on voice mail, Phelps said she has taken a position with the Make-A-Wish Foundation as vice president of marketing and development at the foundation’s headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The position takes effect Oct. 1.
