Sarcom, Inc., a subsidiary of PC Mall Inc., has acquired certain assets of Data Systems Worldwide. Acquisition terms were not announced.
DSW provides Cisco products throughout the western United States. The company employs 20 individuals who are primarily in service or sales positions. According to Sarcom, all of them, along with CEO Phil Mogavero, have joined the company.
DSW had unaudited revenues of approximately $6.4 million during the first nine months of 2009.
PC Mall offers products, services and technology solutions through dedicated account executives, various direct marketing techniques, and three retail stores, as well as several branded catalogs and Web sites.
