So Young Park and Doug Williams have joined PennySaverUSA.com, the geographic and demographic targeted marketing business of Harte Hanks Inc.
So Young Park has been named vice president of marketing for PennySaverUSA.com. In this role, she will oversee brand and consumer marketing for PennySaverUSA’s network of sites, including online product, UI, content, community, mobile, and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Previously, Park spent three years overseeing brand strategy, e-commerce, and online marketing for Musician’s Friend, Inc.’s multiple Web properties, including MusiciansFriend.com and GuitarCenter.com. Prior to Musician’s Friend, Park spent eight years leading e-commerce and direct marketing at A&E Television Networks. She also served in various online marketing-related capacities in the publishing and film industries dating back to 1994.
Williams was tapped to serve as VP of e-commerce. In this newly created position, he will oversee online sales, B2B partnerships and advertising products, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
Previously, Williams was the director of e-commerce for Lane Bryant Catalog, a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc. Prior to Charming Shoppes, he spent nearly eight years at Sierra Trading Post, a multichannel merchant of closeout and overstock name-brand clothing and outdoor gear. He last held the position of director of e-commerce and marketing and among other achievements, played a major role in the development and significant growth of the company’s e-commerce business.
