PacificNet Inc. has named Joseph Levinson chief financial officer.
He first came to China 10 years ago to take an executive position at venture capital firm China Strategic Holdings. Next, he worked at KPMG and later Deloitte and Touche. In the past five years, he has been CFO of a China-based media company and as a consultant for various Chinese companies seeking to have their stock listed overseas.
