Direct marketer and printing company Outlook Group Inc. has acquired Paragon Direct Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Milwaukee, WI-based Paragon customizes direct marketing systems for business-to-business catalog companies, commercial printers and other businesses. Services include list processing, database development, mail processing and analytical work.
Plans call for maintaining both companies’ client bases.
Paragon’s 25 employees are expected to remain with Outlook Group.
“The Paragon Direct operations expand our capabilities with sophisticated ‘front-end’ mailing and database management that is in an increasingly important component of today’s direct marketing programs,” said Joseph J. Baksha, CEO of Outlook Group, Neenah, WI.
