Attendees will click their way through the IP Online Conference and Exhibition Nov. 9 to 11 on the Internet, instead of traveling away from the office. Its sponsors say it’s the first completely online teleservices trade show.
This event is sponsored by the teleservices-consulting firm Vanguard Communications Corp. of Morris Plains, NJ and Cyber Marketing Services, based in Park Ridge, NJ Ridge, which operates the CRMXchange Web site.
Internet protocol technology innovations are shifting customer contact centers away from the traditional telephone-oriented environment to an Internet environment, according to the event sponsors.
“As contact centers move to IP, it’s becoming critical that decision makers fully understand the technology, ROI and performance issues,” said Don Van Doren, president of Vanguard Communications, in a prepared statement.
Attendees will be able to attend sessions, visit the exhibit hall, speak with vendors, view product demonstrations, download videos and receive other information via computer. The live sessions will be recorded and archived for attendees to access online for 30 days.
