Internet service provider One eCommerce Corp., New Braunfels, TX, has reached an agreement to acquire Sinergia Servicios S.C., Guadalajara, Mexico, for $3.2 million in cash and stock.
One eCommerce president/CDO David C. Carolan said the acquisition of Sinergia will enable it to immediately shift development of its recently announced Merchant.Point.e-commerce product line and other forthcoming products, as well as expand Sinergia’s consulting business into North America.
