Omnicom Group Inc. has acquired Rodgers Townsend, a St. Louis-based advertising agency, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1996, Rodgers offers direct marketing, interactive marketing, media planning, and design services.
The agency will keep its current leadership and direction, said CEO Tim Rodgers. Tom Townsend will remain chief creative officer.
Rodgers Townsend has more than 100 employees and $12 million in revenue.
