Omni Hotels Names Santora New CMO

Omni Hotels has named Tom Santora as its new chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales, a new position.

Santora is responsible for leading the luxury hotel company’s brand growth and development. He is in charge of establishing and driving a strategic plan across all disciplines including advertising, PR, e-commerce, customer loyalty, global sales, revenue management and electronic and call center distribution, the company said.

Previously, Santora was executive vice president of sales and marketing for Kor Hotel Group, where he built the sales and marketing team and set the overall position for the company’s two boutique brands, Viceroy and The Tides. Before that, Santora held various sales and marketing positions during his 16 years with Marriott.

Omni Hotels offers luxury accommodations at 45 hotels and resorts in business gateways and leisure destinations across North America.
