Nutrisystem Inc. has teamed up with House Foods International to direct market its dietary programs in Japan.
Terms were not disclosed.
Through a licensing agreement, House Foods will begin to sell the Nutrisystem J Diet in Japan on October 1, 2009. The new program, which will be sold to consumers exclusively through the House Foods Web site (www.house.foods.com) and phone number.
