Novus List Marketing Sells List Business to L90

Novus List Marketing LLC, Valhalla, NY, has sold its list management business to marketing, technology and media company, L90 Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands both L90’s online direct marketing business, and Novus traditional direct marketing business.

Following the sale, L90 will provide its e-mail list management clients with offline direct marketing services including offline list management, list rental fulfillment, list rental and house file modeling and database development.

Novus clients will have the opportunity to take advantage of L90s technology-driven marketing services including advertising serving and tracking technology, online advertising services, online direct marketing, and Web site representation services, the companies said in a joint statement.

“The future of direct marketing has been enhanced by technology developments, and Novus can now offer clients a one-stop direct marketing shop to generate revenues on and offline,” Joanne Capria, president of Novus List Marketing, said in a statement.

Novus List Marketeting’s client base includes Golf Digest, Health Magazine, March of Dimes, Emap USA, Current, Parenting Group, Wenner Media and The Learning Company. The list management business of Novus will fall under the “L90 Direct” division of L90.

Novus List Marketing was established in 1989 and specializes in list management, list fulfillment and data analytics.
