Noble Taps Bortis for New IMC Unit

Marketing agency Noble has named Linda Bortis to run its new Integrated Communications Group that encompasses traditional and new media, p.r., interactive and one-to-one marketing.

Bortis had been partner-general manager for interactive agency iMarlin, the interactive arm of Springfield, MO-based Marlin Co., and earlier ran her own targeted-marketing consultancy MarketWorks. Both Springfield-based Noble and Marlin specialize in food marketing.

Noble ranked No. 59 in the 2006 PROMO 100 with 2005 net revenues of $13.2 million, up 15% from 2003.
