Next Generation Media Cuts Loss

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Next Generation Media Corp.’s third-quarter revenue fell to $1.95 million from $1.97 million in third-quarter 2006. But the Springfield, VA-based firm’s net loss was trimmed to $47,391 during the quarter, compared with $128,787 a year ago. The quarter ended Sept. 30.

“The revenue decline is partly due to the difficulty in finding candidates in the highly competitive franchise sector,” said CEO Darryl Reed in a statement.

Through its United Marketing Solutions subsidiary, Next Generation Media provides direct marketing products to small- and mid-sized businesses via a network of franchisees. Its offerings include cooperative advertising placements, coupon and image booklets, new family mailings and special event and grand opening products.
