PRESTIGE BRANDS INC.: shifted its estimated $10 million account for four brands to Carrafiello Diehl & Associates following its merger with Carrafiello client Medtech. Irvington, NY-based Prestige reassigned Comet, Chloraseptic, Murine and Clear Eyes and will boost marketing spending following its merger with Medtech (whose brands include Compound W and Denorex) and The Spic & Span Co. Marketing for Prestige’s four brands had been handled by Ten United, Pittsburgh. Carrafiello Diehl handles Norwalk, CT-based Medtech’s estimated $12 million account.
MKTG PARTNERS: has been retained to provide creative development, production management and marketing services for Hoop City, the annual NCAA-themed festival that attracts thousands of fans on-site at both the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Final Fours. The three-year assignment includes helping CBS Sports and the NCAA re-design Hoop City, beginning with the 2005 NCAA Division I Men’s Final Four in St. Louis and the Women’s Final Four in Indianapolis.
