SNAPPLE: is bringing back “The Snapple Lady,” a former employee named Wendy Kaufman, to try and jolt soft drink sales next month. The Snapple Lady will be featured in TV ads that debut Jan. 17.

MOVIE GALLERY: will be the presenting sponsor of the 2004 Silicon Valley Football Classic between the Northern Illinois Huskies and the Troy Trojans, set for Thursday at San Jose’s Spartan Stadium. Dothan, AL-based Movie Gallery will be associated with a large number of game week activities, including the arrival of the teams celebrations, pre-game entertainment by Troy University’s award-winning band Sound of the South, the halftime program, and the post-game awards ceremony. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DRAFT: New York, promoted three staffers to VP: Jennifer Gavin, interactive account director for Draft Digital; Timothy Pounanov, director of database development for Data Technology Services; and Irene Turnbull, director of direct response data services in Data Technology Services.
