BANK OF AMERICA: has signed an agreement to remain the official bank of the San Francisco Giants and SBC Park through 2010. The new agreement includes increased stadium signage, a role as the presenting sponsor of Junior Giants Baseball for children from low-income homes and a step up to become a major advertiser on the team’s Spanish-language radio broadcasts.

MCDONALD’S: has re-signed physical fitness expert Bob Greene to help build on its active lifestyles platform. Greene will bring his expertise on health and fitness to the food/energy balance platform through in-restaurant educational materials, in-store appearances and participation in high-profile activities, including speaking engagements and media opportunities.

AMERICAN PRIDE SEAFOODS: has signed a licensing agreement with Disney Consumer Products to introduce a new line of frozen seafood products featuring four Disney animated characters. The line includes Cheddar Treasures, Cheddar crumb-coated fish nuggets featuring Mickey Mouse; Dip Sea Dooz, bite-sized breaded fish nuggets featuring The Little Mermaid; Pirate Planks, breaded fish strips featuring Peter Pan and Tinkerbell; and Pizza Fins, pizza-flavored fish wedges featuring characters from Lilo & Stitch. The products are available in Wal-Mart stores and will be released in other retail markets this month.

NICKELODEON AND VIACOM CONSUMER PRODUCTS: have created two new positions as part of the companies’ plan to further leverage and grow internationally. Jim Davey, formerly VP-toys and marketing, has been named senior VP-global consumer products marketing and planning. In his new position, Davey will assume global marketing responsibilities for Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products. Tanya Haider, formerly VP-strategy and business development for Nickelodeon Networks, has been appointed VP-Nickelodeon & Viacom international consumer products. Haider will oversee businesses in Asia, Canada, Europe and Latin America.
