CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE: will partner with Major League Baseball to give away $250,000 towards the purchase of a new home through its Home Run Derby All-Star Sweepstakes. It is the seventh straight year that Century 21 has run the sweeps, which sends eight finalists to the All-Star game (this year in Detroit). Finalists are randomly paired with MLB players competing in the July 11 derby, and the finalist with the derby winner gets the grand prize.

GOTV: has named Elizabeth Brooks senior VP-marketing. Brooks goes to Sherman Oaks, CA-based GoTV from Buy.com, where she was senior VP-business development. In this role, Brooks will manage the development of strategic relationships and lead all marketing initiatives and brand strategy for the company. GoTV delivers on-demand television programming direct to mobile devices.
