Wunderman Cato Johnson, New York, has changed its name to Impiric to reflect its new strategic direction. In addition, the agency formed the Marketing Lab, a worldwide research and development division. It has also entered into strategic alliances with Digital Impact and EchoMail.
Impiric – rhymes with empiric – claims in a statement the initiates make it the first shop “to integrate people, process and technology that enable companies to secure and retain the most profitable customers.”
