MySoftware Co. has formed an online distribution agreement with Digital River, Minneapolis.
Under the agreement Digital River will add MySoftware’s line of products, such as MyContactmanager and MyDeluxeMailList to its online database. Digital River will also provide both electronic software delivery and physical delivery of the products through Digital River’s network of 1,000 online retailers.
MySoftware specializes in assisting small businesses to grow. The company offers PC and Internet products for organizing customer contacts, finding new customers with MyProspects.com and managing the direct marketing distribution process through e-mail and postal mail.
