MySoftware Co., Palo Alto, CA, will acquire Berkeley, CA-based MarketHome Inc., which manages e-mail campaigns. The companies expect to close the $15 million all-stock transaction by early August. MarketHome will become the e-mail marketing division of MySoftware. MarketHome president/CEO Jim Williams will become general manager of the division. MySoftware’s Internet services help businesses find new customers.
