MyPoints.com, San Francisco, has added a movie ticket and rental program to its roster of consumer discount offerings. The new program, MyPoints Movie Club, will entitle MyPoints program members to discounts of up to 40% at a number of national movie theater chains, as well as 25% savings on rentals at Blockbuster and Hollywood Video stores.
The 10 million program members will also receive MyPoints reward points when they use these discounts. MyPoints.com is an opt-in Internet-based membership services and direct marketing firm.
