Online direct marketer MyFree.com Inc., Northbrook, IL, has been spun-off from closely held book publisher Prime Publishing Inc.
MyFree.com President Stuart Hochwert said in a statement that the spin-off would allow the company to focus on its fast-growing Web site and e-mail newsletter publishing businesses.
The company has relocated its corporate offices to 3400 Dundee Road, Northbrook, IL.
In other news, the company has named Phillip Schechter, executive vice president, and Christopher Wright, senior account executive
