Mr Youth Hires Former Nokia Global Marketer for Chicago Agency

Social marketing agency Mr. Youth has hired Ethelbert Williams as vice president of brand development at its newly opened Chicago agency.

He will be responsible for leading client brand development and strategic engagements for a wide range of consumer products, retail and technology service businesses, including P&G and new clients, a spokesperson said.

He will report to managing partner and chief engagement officer, Doug Akin. The Chicago office opened last week.

Most recently, Williams worked for Nokia as global head of marketing in the UK and was responsible for driving the company’s global marketing including acquisition programs for various mobile and online solutions.

Prior to that, he was the global director of integrated marketing at Starcom Mediavest and worked on a number of clients including Nintendo, Kraft, P&G, ESPN and Kellogg’s. He has also worked for Unilever for several years as global brand manager for AXE and at L’Oreal Paris in New York and P&G in Cincinnati, OH.
