Jacksonville, FL-based Fidelity National Financial Inc. through its LSI Credit Services division and ABN AMRO Mortgage Group have developed an online lead generation and list service for community banks to target home mortgage offers.
The companies created an Internet-based service for assembling lists of qualified potential homebuyers and prospects for niche mortgage products. Besides providing leads, ABN AMRO’s InterFirst Wholesale Lending division also provides banks with marketing materials, which can be customized for direct mail and Web-based offers.
Prospecting lists are built with compiled data from public sources, credit bureau data and Fidelity’s database. Data for lists is accessible from a dedicated Web site, Interfirstlink.com
Hundreds of lead selection criteria will be available to local lenders to refine targeting, including information about income, loan types, property types, loan-to-value ratios, loan amount and geographic data.
