Moroch Hires Former Arnold VP for Multicultural Marketing

Moroch Partners has hired Eric Roberts as managing director, the former senior vice president and director of multicultural marketing for Arnold.

He brings to Moroch more than 20 years experience in African-American consumer marketing within the McDonald’s brand, and he is tasked with helping the agency grow its African-American and urban McDonald’s business.

Roberts will also provide input and direction on McDonald’s national field activation program and breakfast assignment. He will provide services to Moroch’s other clients and be based in Philadelphia.

“Adding Eric Roberts to our roster will only help grow our brand and business in new ways we haven’t seen before,” said Moroch Founder and Chairman Tom Moroch, in a statement. “Eric’s passionate understanding of multicultural marketing and long relationship with the McDonald’s brand will truly lead this company into new territory.”
