William LaPierre has been promoted to vice president, catalog brokerage at Peterborough, NH-based Millard Group Inc. LaPierre first joined Millard in 1997 as an account manager. Prior to joining Millard, LaPierre had been mail order marketing manager at cataloger Brookstone, and circulation at the Potpourri/Stitchery catalogs.
