Bible Belters (148,060 24-month buyers) who are mostly in the South in second cities and satellite towns from Tyler, TX, to Roanoke, VA.

Blue Collar Winners (583,880 24-month buyers) who are middle-aged, married couples with children who have a high school diploma and some college education.

Fortunate Retirees (534,700 24-month buyers) who live in regional pockets which cater to the retired lifestyle.

The Millionaires (33,700 24-month buyers) who rank first for median and per-capita income, salaries, self and investment income, executive-management occupations, home values, and net worth.

Posh Nesters (82,800 24-month buyers) who do not have children at home, are too young to retire, and are well-employed as executives and professionals.

Upscale City Singles (478,880 24-month buyers) who represent a young to middle-aged set of singles who are educated and hold professional and other white-collar occupations.

Turbo Boomers (134,240 24-month buyers) who are the most affluent of the large “baby boomers” age group and are concentrated in the rapid growth cities of Atlanta, Washington, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco. They are well-educated executives and professionals.
